Color is a deeper beige, and material had a fabric protection applied when we bought it. The couch uses a rip cord located between the seat cushion and armrest for the reclining mechanism. Dimensions are 90Wx40D. You only need 12 inches clearance from the wall for full reclining - so almost a wallhugger! It is 70 inches full laid out.
Everything is in great shape. No tears or holes in the material, and reclining mechanisms are smooth and quiet.
