Trades Technician This full-time position in the Parks Department is semi-skilled and manual labor work in performing and leading the work on parks and cemeteries maintenance equipment, buildings, grounds, and operations, working either independently or collectively depending upon the work or supervisor?s instructions. Work involves participation in the activities of Groundskeepers or leading the work of Groundskeepers and participation in the construction and maintenance activities of parks, cemeteries, and golf courses, as well as assisting with equipment maintenance and repair while working closely with Landscape Operations Manager. Requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent, technical training desired, 2 years experience in facility maintenance work and small engine maintenance, WI Class B CDL with no air brake restriction, and WI pesticide and ornamental license is desired.
